A concierge physician can make recommendations for your care as well as answer questions about your unique medical needs. In case of an emergency, your concierge physician is on call to coordinate and communicate treatment plans and options.
OUR VISION
Revati Wellness sets a new standard for your personal primary care experience serving the greater Cleveland area. Our care combines the best practices of conventional medicine, scientifically supported holistic medicine and next-generation medical technology.
At Revati Wellness, we treat the whole person, not just the illness.
While the average primary care practice treats more than 3,000 patients, we limit our practice to 300 Patient Members per provider. As a result, we have enough time to provide optimal health care for each of our Revati Wellness Patient Members.
This also means that we will help you coordinate your care. We participate in many health care insurance plans, and also accept Medicare.
We have access to the Electronic Medical Record systems of both the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals, so if specialty care is needed we can help coordinate care and provide the best possible communication between medical providers.
ABOUT DR. TOM
DR. TOM MORLEDGE
INTERNAL MEDICINE
Dr. Tom Morledge graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and then came to Cleveland to Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. He completed his residency at MetroHealth Medical Center, specializing in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
After several years at MetroHealth, he was recruited by the Cleveland Clinic to become medical director of the Willoughby Hills Family Health Center, where he remained for fourteen years. This was followed by two years as medical director of the Cleveland Clinic’s Wellness Enterprise where he designed web-based lifestyle programs and research to study the benefits of these programs.
In 2011, Dr. Morledge founded Revati Wellness, out of a desire to practice medicine that looked at the interconnected web of “whole person care.” He maintains his board certifications in internal medicine and continues to complete advanced training with the Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
